Ready2drink Terms and Conditions 2013-­‐2014

Ready2drink supports the responsible service of alcohol and only sells and delivers alcohol to people at least 18 years of age. NSW Liquor Act 2007: It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

As a condition of using this website, you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of use. All orders are subject to availability. We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

All prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Ordering via Ready2drink’s Website or via the Phone

When placing an order with Ready2drink via the website or via phone with our Customer Service Team, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of $35.00

Delivery

Deliveries will be made during the trading hours being Monday to Sunday Midday to 10pm.

Ready2drink does not deliver or trade on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Delivery of your purchase will take approximately 30mins to 2 hours from the time your order is placed.

The normal Delivery Fee will be $5.50 for Ready2drink’s Serviceable Areas. Click here to view the list of suburbs we currently deliver to. For deliveries outside the Service Area, please contact one of our customer service members on 1300 367 280 to see if we can make a special delivery to you. The Delivery Fee for outside the current Service Areas will be $11.00

All deliveries of alcoholic beverages MUST be signed for by an individual capable of proving he or she is 18 years of age or older. The order signee must provide a valid form of photo identification at time of delivery, and also show the credit card used in the transaction. The name on the Credit Card MUST be the same as the ID of the person receiving the goods. 

Acceptable forms of photo identification include: a valid driver's licence issued by an Australian State or Territory, a valid Australian passport, or valid passport from any other country, a document issued by the Commonwealth, or a State or Territory, or by a Commonwealth, State or Territory authority, that identifies the person and their date of birth.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be dropped off or left unattended for any reason.

Promotional vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, Used in conjunction with one another, Re-used on another transaction, or Partially used across multiple orders.

Ready2drink uses Braintree Payment Gateway to process payment. Ready2drink DOES NOT store your credit card details, your credit card details are stored on Braintree Servers.

Returns and Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to call our Customer Service Team on 1300 376 280, where our team will be able to assist you immediately.

Please review our Customer Service Team's trading hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year.

In the event that your product must be returned, please allow 2-­‐3 business days for your refund to be processed.

If in the event that you change your mind then please call 1300 367 280, exchanges are possible at Ready2drink’s discretion. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense*. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

For party orders and functions we encourage you to work with the Ready2drink’s team to help correctly cater for your needs.

Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.

*Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Ready2drink is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Ready2drink has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer. In the event of an exchange, Ready2drink will arrange for the goods to be picked up.

Orders placed with ready2drink.com.au are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL is a security protocol that prevents eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery over the Internet. With SSL on both your web browser and ready2drink.com.au servers, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to ready2drink.com.au only.

Liquor Licensing Acts Under the Liquor Act 2007, it is an offence for a licensee of licensed premises or any other person to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed premises or elsewhere.

For sales made in NSW, the sale of liquor pursuant to the offer to purchase from this website is made at our licensed premise attached to the licence number listed below. Your contract of sale is with Ready2drink Pty Ltd. Accordingly, your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your offer by the holder of the liquor licence, certification and evidence of you being over 18 years of age, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the abovementioned licensed premises.

Ready2drink supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 to place an order online or over the phone, or to receive a delivery. You must show photo ID and the credit card used in the transaction when accepting delivery of goods.
